I'm currently connected in Philtropics Realty for almost 4 years. Engaging in Real Estate Business is not easy you encounter lots of difficulties, trials, and worst scenario "Sulotan" by other realtor (agent), but I choose here coz I love my job. This is my passion!
Way back April 2013, I made my first sale (ice breaker), I easily made those sales because of hard-work, persistence and commitment to my work. They said, that let you fall in love with your work coz everything will follow.
Many people now, are trying to work in Real Estate Industry, my tip for them is "Don't Quit", if you feel hardships, go on.. if you feel difficulties, go on.. if you experience "sulotan", go on.. that's the start of your career. Don't complain! Instead pray and pray because He only knows what is best for you.
